We are still shipping all orders daily however there are delays throughout the Australia Post network due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis. We will have your order sent as soon as possible but please allow 1-2 days for processing. We currently do not ship internationally.
We use Australia Post to send your parcels. Our flat rate postage is $10 for Standard post and $15 for express post. Please note some of our items are oversized - such as our toy prams and the postage is significantly higher for us to post. Those items come with a shipping option of $20. Please choose this option at check out.
Please note if you allow Australia Post to leave your item unattended WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PARCEL SHOULD IT GO MISSING OR BE DAMAGED.
We try to minimise the impact on the environment as much as possible. Therefore your order may arrive in a box that has previously been used for something else.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind. You can request to return the item for a store credit.
If your item is damaged upon receipt, we will gladly replace or refund it. We will ask for proof of condition as part of the returns policy. If you need to return an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange. Please email us first before returning anything.
Please note due to hygiene reasons you cannot return bedding, swaddles or personal hygiene items if you change your mind.
